The world’s largest Web3-native live entertainment collective has partnered with Southeast Asia’s leading electronic music festival to introduce blockchain-based fan experiences during the December event in Bangkok, expected to host tens of thousands of attendees.

RaveDAO, a community, IP, and entertainment sandbox ecosystem powered by web3, has joined forces with 808 Festival, Thailand’s premier electronic music event, to introduce a new model for live entertainment at BITEC Bangna from December 5–7, 2025.

Recognized on DJ Mag’s Top 100 Festivals list, 808 Festival will integrate RaveDAO’s cultural protocol to enable latest payment technology, identity-gated perks, and collectible digital moments for fans across Asia and beyond. The collaboration brings together two leaders in culture and innovation with a shared belief that festivals are not just events but evolving communities.

Under the partnership, 808 Festival will introduce a full on-chain fan experience, including:

• Fan identity-enabled loyalty, offering quest-based rewards, table upgrades, and merch redemptions.
• Collectible drops tied to sets, stages, and milestones, recorded as proof of participation.
• Privacy-first fan identity, turning festival activity into benefits that travel across future events.

Now in its second decade, 808 Festival continues to shape Asia’s dance music landscape with global production standards and a loyal international following. The 2025 edition features Charlotte de Witte, Dom Dolla, HNTR, Indira Paganotto, Juliet Fox, Maddix, Odd Mob, Pan-Pot, Reinier Zonneveld, Sammy Virji, Space 92, and William Kiss, alongside stage takeovers from Drumcode and Monstercat.
