Web3 gaming studio Funtico has launched its presale for $EV2, the token that will power its new multiplayer space-combat game. 40% of the total 2.88B $EV2 supply is available to presale buyers ahead of the AAA game’s release.

EV2 is an MMORPG set on a newly discovered planet known as Earth Version 2. Players explore a world where advanced human technology intersects with the remnants of an ancient alien civilization. The game combines shooter mechanics with character progression and class-based combat, supported by cinematic visuals designed to meet the expectations of mainstream gamers.

Participants can acquire $EV2 tokens via the presale dashboard that accepts payment options including ETH, USDC, USDT, BTC, BNB, SOL, and SUPER, as well as credit card. Purchases of over $1K will be awarded an additional 10% bonus in the form of TICO tokens.

The $EV2 token powers the in-game economy, where it is used for upgrades, marketplace activity, and player rewards, creating an incentive structure where in-game performance has measurable value.

The EV2 game will be available on Funtico, Steam, and the Epic Games Store following its planned launch in Q2 2026. The initial release focuses on PC, with a later expansion to console intended to extend reach beyond the core Web3 audience. The EV2 game features five primary character classes including The Valkyrie. The Brute acts as a defensive specialist, absorbing and redirecting enemy attacks. The Cloaker focuses on stealth, high mobility, and burst damage. The Mag uses energy-based abilities to heal allies or neutralize threats, while the Pathfinder deploys a drone companion for offense, shielding, and support. 

Combat takes place across multiple gameplay modes including Oblivion, a team-based battle where the play zone closes over time, and Fracture, where 25 players battle in a chaotic FFA to find a relic by collecting colored cubes. The moment they seize it, a 5-minute timer starts, and their location is revealed to everyone. They must survive the onslaught to win, or if the timer runs out, the player with the most points claims victory.

While previous projects from Funtico have been built on Avalanche, the $EV2 token will launch on Ethereum, marking the studio’s move toward a broader audience and deeper liquidity.

Players who participate in the EV2 presale will gain access to upcoming bundles that include digital assets and limited-edition collections tied to gameplay utility. The event will serve as a springboard for broader ecosystem development and the transition toward a live, player-driven economy.
